An Ideal Gift for Christmas

Mobile Scope Mobile Phone Zoom Lens

An ideal Christmas gift is a personalized gift. It creates an emotional bonding between the giver and the receiver. Most people usually prefer to give personalized gifts because it has a significant meaning to the mind of the receiver for having a gift especially made for him or her.

On the other side, it is common to see that every person holds a mobile phone with camera. In any place you can see they are taking pictures. Albeit, they are enjoying flashing their mobile phones just to collect pictures, it seems those are not enough. A lens to get a meaningful picture is a must!

Gift Ideas for Christmas

There are thousands of gift ideas suggested for Christmas. But the best things to know first are the likes and dislikes of the person receiving the gift. Gifts are given with intention to make the recipient happy. In some extent it leads to the disappointment of both the receiver and the giver. By the receiver who does not like the gift he received and by the giver upon knowing the he gave something to one who does not like it.

Christmas gift should not be very expensive. All it matters is the love you wrap with the gift, including your wishes of peace, happiness and good health.

Have a wonderful Christmas to all!

Laws of the Lighthouse

The lighthouse contains good ideas, speaks personal preferences, and holds honest opinions. The Laws of the Lighthouse are God-given, time-tested truths that define the way how one should navigate his life: Observe them to enjoy a secure passage. Or ignore them and you will run aground or crash against the ragged rocks of reality. In reality, the wise captain moves his ship according to the signal of the lighthouse. A wise person does the same. A man's ligthouse signals its laws and its up to you to heed on these:
Love God more than you fear hell;
Once a week, let a child take you on a walk;
Make major decisions in a cemetery;
When no one is watching, live as if someone is;
Succeed at home first;
Don't spend tomorrow's money today;
Pray twice as much as you fret;
Listen twice as much as you speak;
Only harbor a grudge when God does;
Never outgrow your love of sunsets;
Treat people like angels, you will meet some and help make some;
It's wiser to err on the side of generosity than on the side of scrutiny;
God has forgiven you, you'd be wise to do the same;
When you can't trace God's hand, trust His heart;
Toot your own horn and the notes will be flat;
Don't feel guilty for God's goodness;
The book of life is lived in chapters, so know your page number;
Never let the important be the victim of the trivial;
Live your liturgy.

To sum it all up: Approach life like a voyage on a schooner. Enjoy the view. Explore the vessel. Make friends with the captain. Fish a little. And then get off when you get home.

When God Answers "Slow"

I am not a preacher but I decided to share these messages I received today to those who are spiritually guided to read this article. It says:

"When the time is not right, God says, "Slow." Nowhere in the entire Bible can you find a Bible verse that says that God will do anything you ask Him to do when you snap your fingers. God does not offer an automatic prayer-answering service.

God maintains control on the why and when. If God answers no to your very sincere prayer, and you ask Him why, God will not answer or explain. God doesn't answer your why question because raising the question means you are not satisfied with the no.

You want to argue and God refuses to be drawn into an argument. He knows that any explanation He might give would not satisfy you.

If God answered every prayer at the snap of your fingers He would become your servant-not your master. God would be working for you, instead of you working for God.

God's delays are not God's denials. God's timing is perfect. Patience is needed in prayer. Some people don't suffer from doubt as much as from impatience.

A man said to me, "I have lost faith in prayer." After listening to him I said, "You have not really lost faith in prayer because you are still praying. You haven't lost faith. You simply lost patience."

"Faith" is . . . P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E. Patience is the inner meaning of faith!

"O rest in the Lord, wait patiently for Him and He shall give thee thy heart's desire. O rest in the Lord, wait patiently, wait patiently for Him."

Healthy Eating Tips

I just discovered that I don't eat the appropriate foods my body need. I don't have the healthy eating lifestyle should I say. The worst thing is: I am only conscious about  foods if I am sick or in pain. Like one day I got back pain and I felt very uncomfortable despite of several doses of pain reliever. I stayed on my bed with my lap top, kept browsing on the internet until I came across with the article entitled, "You are what you eat." At least I got this as a warning!

Healthy foods for healthy blody: Here are the tips for everyone:
healthy food 3 Healthy Food Products For Healthy Life1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. At least five portions of a variety of fruits and vegetables every day.
2. Don't skip breakfast! Research demonstrates that eating a healthy breakfast can help people control their weight.
3. Based your meal on starchy foods. You might think that starchy foods, like pasta, bread and potatoes are fattening but they actually contain far fewer calories than fat.
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar. The kinds of things to avoid, or at least reduce, include hard cheese, pastry, cakes and biscuits, cream, sausages and meat pies.
5. Eat less salt. A maximum of six grams a day for adults. Eating too much salt can lead to high blood pressure.
6. Get active and try to maintain a healthy weight. Exercise is an essential part of maintaining the right weight.
7. Drink plenty of water. Drink about 6 to 8 glasses (1.2l) of water, or other fluids (but not sugary drinks or alcohol), every day.
8. Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish each week. Fish is an excellent source of protien and contain vitamins and minerals.
